We celebrate differences, benefitting from varying perspectives in order to speak to the many, not the few.
We've each been working for over ten years in very different parts of our industries - never pigeonholing ourselves to a career ladder, but instead following the projects which have stimulated us and kept us learning.

A Brit born in Paris and raised in Brussels, Louis has worked across dozens of filmmaking roles in almost every part of the world. He built a reputation for a range of clients as he developed his craft on location and in the edit suite, developing into a one man band capable of delivering high-end content for organisations like the World Economic Forum or Gatwick Airport.
Louis founded Au Fait Films in 2019 to bring together a team of creatives capable of delivering on any brief from any client. He is currently directing a number of Au Fait original documentary films scheduled for release in 2024.
Alexis thrives when learning new tools or exploring new creative means of expression - he’s proficient in many artistic fields such as graphic design, drawing, animating, motion graphics, 3D modelling, videography and editing.
Over a decade as a freelancer in France, England and Portugal Alexis has applied his creativity to fields as diverse as satellite imagery, live streaming events, concerts and art installations for clients like the UN, Eurostar, Facebook, Universal Music and COP21.
With an education in music and sound design, Greg has always been passionate about sound and how we use it creatively to tell stories.
He has more than 20 years’ experience experimenting in sound design and electronic music production, and is comfortable using software or hardware to craft audio.
James is a documentary producer with more than a decade of experience making programmes for the UK’s biggest broadcasters. His background in journalistic and current affairs filmmaking has seen him produce films for strands like BBC Panorama and ITV Tonight, as well as standalone specials like 2023’s Life & Debt: Stories from the Edge for ITV.
His TV credits include 2021 Rose D’Or winner Storming the Capitol and 2022’s Surviving Squalor: Britain’s Housing Shame, which won Best Documentary at the Association of International Broadcaster’s Awards and earned a nomination from the Royal Television Society.
James joined Au Fait Films in 2023 and will be working alongside the team on a range of new documentary films.
red 2Greg has always been in search for ways of expressing himself beyond words. Interested in the subtleties of communication besides what is initially being presented, he is passionate about sound and its creative use to convey meaning.
He initially found his passion for filmmaking through the skateboarding scene in his teens. He studied music and sound design at The Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford over 10 years ago and his interests lead him to additionally train in energy healing modalities (Reiki and Vortex Healing), Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy.
With over 20 years of experimenting in sound design and electronic music production, Greg is experienced in using both software and hardware to craft audio. He is currently working on the sound design of short films, guided meditations and sleep stories, as well as DJing and producing his own music and community radio shows.
